General Use

By signing up to our programmes, you confirm that you have read, agree and are in compliance with the terms and other policies (each as amended from time to time).

You agree to use the website and access to the content and classes only for lawful purposes and do not have the intention or effect of damaging us or our partners either reputationally or financially.

While you are signed up to our programmes, you will be granted the rights to access and use the resources accorded within the authorized time period. However, you do not have ownership over the intellectual properties such as access to the system, class materials, and class content and as such have no legal rights to distribute or commercialize such content, materials and resources.

We are not responsible if you fail to show up for the classes and outcome of your exam results if you do not put in the sufficient effort and time required to generate the desired positive results.

Intellectual Property

Your access to any live or recorded classes as well as digital and hardcopy materials you receive are for the use of your lessons. These resources and right to broadcast and/or distribute them are under the legal ownership of the Company. In no other shape or form are you allowed to duplicate and distribute them outside your own consumption. Legal action will be taken to recoup any damages done should you violate the terms. We also reserve the right to remove your access to the Programme if you are found to have violated the terms.

System Access Responsibilities

You agree that you will not use any robot, spider or other device, process or means to access the classes. Nor shall you use any process to monitor or copy our Web pages or the content contained thereon or for any other unauthorized purpose without our prior expressed written permission. You will not share your access to other unauthorized users. We will not be responsible for your account and access should you experience any adverse repercussions from the unauthorized sharing of your account. Legal action will be taken to recoup any damages done should you violate the terms.

You agree that you will not use any device, software or routine that interferes with the proper working of the online classes and system used nor shall you attempt to interfere with the proper working of the classes. Legal action will be taken to recoup any damages done should you violate the terms. We also reserve the right to remove your access to the Programme if you are found to have violated the terms.

Delivery Policies

Class delivery will be online only and delivered through the platform of our choice. You will receive access to all classes upon joining the full programme.

Class materials can be provided to you in softcopy or hardcopy format. In the case of hardcopy, materials will be couriered to you within 5 to 10 working days from purchase.

Gift and Promotional Codes

We or our partners may offer gifts and promotional codes to students which can be in the form of physical or digital gifts to be redeemed, discounts on the programme prices, promotional credits that can be applied to your account if any, subject to the respective terms and conditions. Such gifts and promotional codes may expire if not used or redeemed within the specified period and are not redeemable for cash unless explicitly stated so.

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel our programmes by giving you notice in writing (including by email) at any time before the course is due to start. We will refund all fees paid by you and if possible, will endeavour to offer a transfer to another programme as an alternative, subject to payment or refund of any difference in purchase price.

Our liability from the cancellation will be limited to a refund of the fee or any other charges paid for the cancelled programme. For partial cancellation of a programme, such refunds will be made on a proportionate basis. All dates are subject to change, however notice of such change will be given and refunds will not be issued for any rescheduled class.

Charging Policy

When you subscribe to our full programme, you will be charged on a monthly basis over a period of 7 months.

If you had signed up before the programme started, your credit card will be used to confirm your subscription but you will not be charged until the programme starts on 16 May. Subsequently you will be charged for an additional 6 times on the 16th of every month until 16 November 2022.

If you sign up after 16 May, you will be charged on the same date of your sign-up for 7 times as well. For example if you sign-up on 18 June 2022, you will be subsequently charged on the 18th of every month until 18 December 2022.

Refund and Termination Policy

You may request for a refund within the first four (4) classes of your subject. The refund amount will first be off-set with any hardcopy class materials that have been couriered to you. The class material cost is RM30 for each subject which has been incorporated into your monthly fees.

After the first four (4) classes, you are not entitled to any refund but you may terminate your subscription of the programme at anytime thereafter. Should you do so, we will not charge you for the subsequent month so long as the termination is done before the next date in which you will be charged for your monthly fee.

For avoidance of doubt, upon termination you will lose all access to live classes and recorded classes.

The Information We Collect

Unless you are registered for online programmes from us, you remain anonymous when you browse this website. We do not collect personal information if you are only browsing this website. In order to access our services, or process a transaction between you and a third party, we may request personal information such as your name, phone number, and email address, and other information that renders you identifiable.

How We Collect Data

We collect personal information from you only when you choose to register for our programmes, for example in the process of registering for a trial class or accepting a gift or promotional code with conditions. This personal information encompasses information communicated to us when you voluntarily complete an application form presented on our website that makes it possible to identify you. By volunteering personal information, you undertake to communicate accurate information that does not prejudice the interest of any third parties.

Use of Information

Upon giving us consent, we may collect and use for the following purposes:

• Refer you to our newsletter service, and latest products.
• To enable you to access and use certain programmes.
• To personalize and improve aspects of our overall service to you and our other users, as well as carrying out research such as analyzing market trends and customer demographics.
• To communicate with you, in order to verify the personal information provided, or to request any additional information that is vital to fulfilling the service you have applied for.
• To facilitate your participation in, and our administration of, any of our activities including contests, promotions, campaigns, polls or surveys.
• To send you information about products and services which we think may be of interest to you.
• To detect, investigate and prevent any fraudulent, prohibited or illegal activities or misuse of the service.

Passing on Information about You

We may disclose and transfer personal data to our partners and sponsors if you had signed up to our free programmes, received any gifts and/or used any complementary benefits from our partners and sponsors in conjunction with your registration into the programme. At no point will we sell, distribute, or lease your personal information to other parties which are not the partners or sponsors of the programme unless we have your permission, or are required to do so under the law.

Retaining Your Information

Collected information is retained to carry out the data uses stated above only. During this period, we commit to all reasonable efforts and practical steps to ensure that collected data is protected against any loss, misuse, modification, unauthorized or accidental access or disclosure, alteration or destruction. We undertake this to protect the confidentiality of your data and therefore to ensure your data privacy. We will ensure that your personal data is permanently deleted once it is no longer required to fulfil its original purpose, or as is required by the law.

Keeping You Informed

You agree that we shall be entitled to advise you via email, post, telephone or by text of products, services and other offers we think may interest you.

Whenever you provide us with personal information, we will give you an opportunity to tell us you do not consent to us and others using and sharing your information for marketing purposes. Unless you tell us otherwise, you are consenting to such uses.

Any electronic marketing communications we send you will include clear and concise instructions to follow should you wish to unsubscribe at any time.

Third Party Providers and Data Privacy

If you decide to enter into a contract with a third party provider through us, the information you have provided to us together with any further information requested by, and supplied by you or us to the third party provider will be held by the provider for the purposes set out in that provider's privacy policy. Therefore, you are strongly advised to read your chosen provider's privacy policy and satisfy yourself as to the purposes for which the provider will use your personal information before entering into the contract. We have no responsibility for the uses to which a provider puts your personal information.
